Hiking
piesza
At the highest point of Augustow (about 10 minutes on foot) there is the Slupiec Rock. Steep stairs lead to it. The trouble is worth it, because from here you can see the entire panorama of the Karkonosze, the Izera Mountains and part of the Kaczawskie Mountains.
There is a whole lot of unknown places to a wider group of tourists. It is worth asking the host on arrival.

Cycling
The Izerskie Foothills are a real paradise for cycling enthusiasts. You can go on a trip to Swieradow Zdroj (13 km) and learn about the local "single track" routes, which are abundant there. There are plenty around climbs, exits and good asphalt roads.
This is good news for fans of fast road riding / cycling. An interesting trail is the road to the hill with the chapel of St. Anna in Proszowka.
Land of Castles
In the immediate vicinity we can admire the Czocha Castle (6 km), Rajsko Castle (14 km), the Ruins of the Świecie Castle (8 km) and the Gryf Castle (12 km). Czocha Castle, which is the closest to the castle, has the most tourist attractions. Its majestic building surrounded by Lake Leśniańskie is a beautiful showcase of the region.
Visiting castles is a real treat for lovers of medieval times, but also for kids for whom castles are an opportunity to let their imagination run wild.
Lakes
The nearest Zlotnickie Lake (5.5 km) was created as a result of the river being separated with a dam below Gryfow Slaski. Bathing and swimming possible on one of the prepared beaches in Zloty Potok.
For those who prefer to be on the water surface, kayaks and waterbikes are also available. Nearby awaits Lesnianskie Lake, tempting with its pristine paths, viewpoints and a beach with canoes.
